Collaborate with Attorneys to Drive Business Growth Objectives
In this role, you will collaborate directly with attorneys under the guidance of our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to define and execute business growth objectives. You will identify target opportunities and implement business development and marketing plans to drive the success of our practice groups.
Craft Annual Business Development/Marketing Plans for Practice and Industry Groups
Working closely with practice and industry group leaders, you will help craft annual business development and marketing plans that outline clear objectives, strategies, tactics, timetables, accountability, progress metrics, and ROI goals.
Proactively Recommend and Manage Initiatives to Support Practice and Industry Group Growth
Using your independent judgment and initiative, you will proactively recommend, develop, and manage initiatives that support, encourage, and accelerate the growth and success of our practice and industry groups.
Identify Opportunities for Cross-Selling Legal Services
You will also actively identify opportunities to assist attorneys in cross-selling services across the firm.
Create Customized Business Development and Practice Plans for Attorneys
Collaborating with attorneys, you will create customized business development and practice plans tailored to their unique strengths and personalities. You will drive engagement and accountability by tracking progress, providing regular follow-ups, and ensuring active participation.
