Job Description
Designer Brands, Inc., Columbus, OH, needs a Director, Enterprise Data Analytics & AI to improve efficiencies and effectiveness by anchoring improvements in coordination with cross functional analysts via the CoE. Lead the improvement of outputs through concerted coordination amongst analysts across the business. Responsible for executing the prioritized pipelines of technological work emanating from the cross-functional Analytics Center of Excellence. Lead the classic "application development" activities, architectural conception, procedural/SDLC implementation, and delivery of technological constructs and solutions. Provide support to executives for questions and new models that underscore strategic decisions or directions. Will use SQL, AWS cloud platform, BI Tool - Tableau, AI - Python, Auto ML, AI and Machine learning models, and Statistical Modeling. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering and 5 years of progressive managerial/director experience which includes 3 years of experience in the skill sets listed in the job description.
