Director, Corporate Counsel - Securities and Compliance Seattle, Washington
Job Summary:

This person will play a key role in our journey towards becoming a publicly traded company and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of securities filings and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review all securities filings in compliance with SEC regulations and stock exchange rules. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accurate and timely disclosure of material information. Work with external legal counsel and advisors to facilitate the IPO process and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Monitor changes in securities laws and regulations and advise senior management on necessary actions. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to securities filings and compliance. Provide legal guidance and support on other corporate matters as needed. Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in good standing with the bar of at least one state. Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on securities and corporate governance matters. Extensive knowledge of SEC regulations, stock exchange rules, and corporate governance principles. Experience preparing and reviewing securities filings. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. Ability to work in our Seattle office 2 days a week. Ability to travel as needed. Salary Range: $202,000 - $249,500
