POTENTIAL FOR REMOTE WORK FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.
This position will be responsible for formulating and implementing advertising campaigns and other marketing initiatives utilizing search engines, social media, websites, online directories and other digital properties. The ideal candidate understands and helps identify strategies for all channels from how to leverage social, understanding marketing automation, segmentation, SEO, PPC, etc. and will consult with internal stakeholders for various service lines on digital campaign strategy and execution.
In-depth knowledge of Internet terminology and technology, KPI creation, keyword, pathing and engagement analysis are needed. Proven skills working with internal clients in a marketing organization to understand their business needs and respond with appropriate recommendations. The key skill is an ability to not just measure and analyze but to provide insights for change and guidance for improvement for Carilion's digital presence and marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze data and information in order to create digital campaigns and strategy recommendations. Monitor KPIs, metrics and all campaign reporting. Monitor execution of digital strategy. Partner with vendor to manage Google My Business listings for all locations and providers, ensuring accurate and timely updates as needed, image, hours, opening and closing info, etc. Allocate marketing investments for multiple digital platforms. Devise and deloy A/B tests. Report campaign spends.
Experience: Five years of related experience with at least three years in specialized area required. Maintains a broad knowledge of all marketing and communications areas and activities, while specializing with advanced knowledge in one or two specific functions.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Must possess excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Demonstrated analytical thinking and interpersonal skills. Must work well in a team environment and have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work on multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines and being flexible in an environment of changing priorities.
