Delivery Tax Manager- Global Employer Services, HNW
Overview:
- Leadership and strategic thinking skills required for designing talent, mobility, and rewards programs for global clients. - In-depth technical knowledge of regulatory landscape and business environments. - Recruiting for this role ends on 5/31/2025. - Managing client relationships and providing consultative services. - Identifying engagement opportunities and coordinating with engagement leadership. - Supervising daily operations of engagement teams and their delivery of compliance and consulting services. - Signing individual income tax returns for executives and high net worth clients. - Collaborating with client engagement leaders on budgeting, billing, management, and team deployment. - Responsible for development and motivation of engagement team.
The Team:
- Deloitte Tax LLP's Global Employer Services tax professionals assist international clients with managing employer and individual income tax obligations for their mobile employees. - In addition to compliance, the practice consults clients on developing international assignment programs and policies, and minimizing tax obligations through effective tax planning. - Learn more about Deloitte Tax Global Employer Services.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 5 years of experience in global mobility compliance or personal income tax and compliance, specifically HNW tax compliance and planning. - Bachelor’s Degree. - Active accreditation in one of the following: CPA, Licensed Attorney, Enrolled Agent, Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR), Certified Equity Professional (CEP), Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Workday Certification. - Ability to travel 5% on average.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field. - Experience in managing people, client interaction, and sales. - Technical skills including Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, QlikView, and Tableau. - Global experience (foreign language skills, lived/studied abroad, strong cultural awareness). - Strong analytical, consultative, quantitative, and project management skills. - Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills. - Attention to detail with a focus on quality, deadlines, and results. - Ability to work within large, complex engagements and in a team environment. - Leadership skills in managing client relationships and developing customized solutions to meet client needs.
Salary Information:
- The wage range for this role takes into account a variety of factors including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. - The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic location. - A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,660 to $213,200.
