The Davey Resource Group (DRG) is currently hiring certified arborists, professional foresters, horticulturalists, natural resource specialists, environmental scientists, landscape, nursery, tree care and parks and recreation professionals, plant, and outdoor enthusiasts to join our workforce.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Be an integral part of day-to-day operations
● Follow pre-established procedures and guidelines
● Gather, review and relay data, trends and information to clients, management, and staff
● Run reports, query, and analyze existing database for outliers, customer information and productivity
● Summarize large amounts of information into concise deliverables
● Generate work requests and facilitate employee work planning
● Update project dates and status
● Identify schedule attainment goals, track schedule and productivity and manage project deadlines
● Support client with any additional clerical duties
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● The possession of a bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) database, finance or applicable field.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Strong skills in Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and basic computer applications
● Impeccable organization and planning skills and attention to detail
● Excellent communication and writing skills
● Ability to problem solve and adapt and overcome obstacles
● Strong ability to multitask in a fast paced and dynamic environment
● Great people skills, willingness, and desire to assist employees and clients
● Preferred: (2) years' experience electronically managing and tracking site documentation on debris removal and hazard tree removal operations.
