Position Overview
As a Data Specialist at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***, you will be responsible for various data maintenance and entry projects. This role requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies in data. You will be trained to pull data from our databases and update records accurately. Additionally, you will assist in data clean up and maintenance projects to support our team's efforts in developing new metrics and visualizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy - Moving data between sources - Checking for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall data integrity - Adding and modifying accounts for reporting and analysis purposes - Merging duplicate accounts - Maintaining the highest level of privacy and confidentiality for all data and personal information - Completing various projects as assigned, including data transformation
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to update and maintain a high volume of customer accounts - Ability to follow project timelines and communicate observations and improvements - Experience with HubSpot CRM and Power BI preferred - Background in legal, business, or marketing fields preferred - High school diploma or G.E.D. required
