The successful candidate will be responsible for the intake of potential new clients and the management of a high-volume and time-sensitive workflow.
**Requirements**
At least one year of experience in customer service or working in a law firm. Familiarity with the law, legal procedures and protocols, and the court system. Knowledge of the basics of the day-to-day operations of a law office. Computer literacy and working knowledge of case management software. Excellent communication and people skills. Secretarial and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously effectively.
