The role advertised is for an entry level position to AIB Private Banking team. Working primarily on the Client Services Team which assists in the provision of banking and wealth services to our Private Banking customers. You will have a key role to play in delivering on our service and business ambitions within this important segment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Private Banking Team, as well as the wider team in delivering upon our business and customer objectives and the specific role will include:
*Working as part of a team to deliver the daily banking requirement to our high net worth customers *Delivering excellence in customer care and outstanding service *Building and strengthening client relationships by delivering for our clients and ensuring that all customer banking requests are processed accurately and in a timely manner. *Managing key compliance, operational and risk tasks. *Demonstrates good communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and gains an understanding of stakeholder priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
*Managing and processing Private Banking customers daily banking requests efficiently; Including money transmission, daily banking enquiries & account queries *Support the Private Banking Relationship Teams with the servicing of their clients daily banking needs & ensure that we continue to live up to our ambition of "Making Banking Easy" *Manage incoming customer emails and telephone calls, engaging with customers and other teams to deliver a professional and efficient customer service experience. *Enhancing Customer Experience and make significant progress towards becoming the Best Banking Experience for customers. *Play a key role In fulfilling Private Banking's Branch operation activities *Consistently demonstrate Private Banking's service standards *Knowledge of operational and regulatory risk. Ensuring compliance with internal policy, external regulators and adherence to industry best practice
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
*Desirable Honours Business Related Degree (2.2. grade - or Higher). *Desirable to hold the QFA qualification, or working to completion within 1 year.
The successful candidate will also be required to complete their QFA accreditation within an agreed period, if the qualification is not already held.
