Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This is a hybrid position, allowing for remote work but requiring the attorney to be based in the Raleigh or Durham area for client meetings and courtroom appearances.
As a Criminal Defense Attorney at Price Benowitz, you will handle cases independently from start to finish, including felony jury trials. You will also be responsible for developing legal strategies and providing clear counsel to clients, as well as conducting legal research and writing. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with our team members and take advantage of our firm's outstanding marketing resources.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience focused on criminal defense cases - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Must be barred and in good standing in the State of North Carolina - Ability to handle a full caseload independently - Knowledge of court rules and procedures - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Ability to promote yourself as an attorney to clients - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to help our firm establish itself in a new market
