Overview: - Seeking an admitted attorney for a Criminal Defense Associate Attorney position - Premier law firm with room for growth and advancement - Opportunity to work with a dedicated team of attorneys and legal assistants
Responsibilities: - Advise clients on legal rights and draft legal documents for their case - Attend pretrial hearings and provide strategic advice to clients - Manage court appearances, trials, motions, and legal research - Analyze potential outcomes using legal precedents - Manage caseload and workload effectively - Provide legal analysis and gather evidence to support client's case - Prepare clients for depositions and gather information from witnesses and experts
Qualifications: - Experience handling criminal cases at federal, state, and local levels - Team player with strong interpersonal skills - Passion for Criminal Defense and desire to learn and grow within the organization
Salary: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
