Position Summary
As a Production Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing deposition transcripts, organizing associated documents, and ensuring that all signature requirements are met within the U.S. This is a full-time position reporting to the Production Manager.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Computer literacy Prior experience with proofreading and document review preferred Ability to learn various software platforms and Microsoft applications Self-starter who is motivated to grow within the company Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone and in writing Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities Maintains confidentiality of documents
Job Duties
As a Production Representative, your responsibilities will include:
Communicating with independent contractors and clients with tact and professionalism Performing quality checks of transcripts and adhering to Company guidelines Organizing and labeling documents per Company policy Prioritizing and executing workflow based on client and department needs Communicating with team to ensure protocol consistency Managing general emails Studying and executing signature process per state guidelines Performing miscellaneous duties as needed by the production team
Experience Level and Compensation
