Law Firm in Jackson, MS is seeking a Full Time Courier to join our team. This position offers a competitive salary range of $12.00 per hour. As a Courier, you will be responsible for delivering, picking up, and filing documents at local and out of county courts. Other duties include mail distribution, package delivery, and maintaining office equipment and supplies. Responsibilities: - Deliver, pick up, and file documents at local and out of county courts - Pick up and distribute mail from post office - Log and distribute Fed Ex and UPS packages daily - Maintain and stock office equipment and supplies - Keep office space clean and organized - Maintain green plants and courtyard - Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Basic knowledge of office equipment, including computer and copiers - Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. - Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and excellent driving record - Ability to maintain confidentiality
