Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel on complex commercial transactions, including pricing strategies and risk mitigation - Review and approve promotional, educational, and support programs and materials - Draft and negotiate pricing agreements and supply agreements with healthcare entities - Advise and provide training on legal, regulatory, and policy developments to key partners - Oversee pricing agreement interpretation and contract enforcement - Coordinate legal support with cross-functional teams and business and law department colleagues
Qualifications:
- J.D. or LL.M. degree from an accredited law school - Admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction - 2 years of experience practicing Transactional and/or Commercial law - 4 years of corporate and/or law firm experience preferred - Strong qualifications in transactional work, including complex transactions and contract drafting and negotiation - Experience counseling clients on legal and regulatory considerations - Superior legal skills, including communication, analysis, drafting, and negotiation - Ability to lead and influence others - Strong client service and problem-solving focus - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Experience in healthcare industry a plus
