Be Part of a Dynamic Team
- Join the Litigation, Advisory & Regulatory department, dealing with high-profile commercial and regulatory disputes - Opportunity to work with private and public sector clients, including insurers, local authorities, housing associations, and NHS Resolution - Responsible for supporting a range of litigation teams in Clinical Risk, Insurance Litigation, Property Litigation, and Commercial Litigation - Handle inter parties costs issues such as preparing cost schedules, advising on third party costs, negotiating costs, and dealing with provisional assessments - Provide ad hoc costs advice internally and externally
