Corporate/Municipal Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3-5 years of public/municipal finance experience. This position manages client relationships and a broad array of public finance projects representing issuers, underwriters, trustees, credit providers and private borrowers in transactions involving governmental bonds, qualified hospital and health facilities bonds, qualified 501(c)(3) bonds, qualified mortgage bonds and other private activity bonds. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing key transaction agreements and ancillary documentation and leading and coordinating the execution of successful transactions and deal closings. Knowledge of basic tax schema in the public finance arena is a plus. Must be admitted to practice in New York State, possess strong drafting, negotiation, and technical skills, and be motivated self-starters who take ownership of their projects.
