Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on corporate law, commercial real estate, and estate planning matters - Advise clients on entity formation, contracts, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions - Negotiate and draft agreements, leases, and loans for commercial real estate transactions - Conduct due diligence, including title review, survey analysis, and environmental assessments - Assist clients with trust and estate administration, including probate proceedings and fiduciary representation - Collaborate with clients and advisors to understand objectives and ensure client satisfaction - Build and manage client relationships to promote business development
Qualifications and Skills:
- Four to six years of relevant corporate, commercial real estate, and estate planning experience - Currently licensed or eligible to become licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska - Client-focused with a strong emphasis on service and responsiveness - Ability to produce high-quality, efficient work with attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts concisely - Flexible and able to work independently or as part of a team - Takes ownership of work and can handle appropriate cases with minimal oversight - Driven and shows initiative in seeking responsibility
