As an Experienced Corporate Paralegal, you will have the opportunity to assist with a variety of corporate transactional work, including closings of acquisition, financing, and reorganization transactions. You will also have the chance to organize business entities and manage various state compliance matters, as well as update and maintain corporate records books.
