Responsibilities: • Advising clients on corporate matters such as restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and shareholders agreements • Assisting with company incorporations, equity investments, and share capital increases • Handling complex cross-border transactions and international clients • Drafting and negotiating agreements such as distribution, franchising, agency, and joint venture agreements • Providing guidance on corporate governance and compliance • Conducting legal research and analysis • Managing and prioritizing workload to meet client demands
Requirements: • Law degree from a reputable university • Admission to the Portuguese Bar Association • Fluent in English, additional languages a plus • Strong writing and organizational skills • Minimum 5 years' post-admission experience • Familiarity with international clients and cross-border work • Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment • Willingness to travel and work on assignments abroad • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Independent and team-oriented work style
