- Seeking a mid-to-senior level attorney to join the nationally recognized healthcare team at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** - Position can be based in any of the following offices: New York, Washington, D.C., Century City, Chicago, Dallas, Del Mar, San Diego, San Francisco, Orange County, Houston, or Silicon Valley - Core member of healthcare group, working with national head to provide clients with critical guidance - Focus on strategic transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, asset and equity acquisition transactions, venture capital and private equity investments, and joint venture transactions - Also assist with corporate and organizational workflow and day-to-day corporate matters - Strong team of partners to guide and mentor, with regular career progression and training sessions - Learn the ins and outs of healthcare-specific transactions and receive substantive training and guidance from partners - Ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and/or private equity in health care, excellent communication and analytical skills, and be admitted to the bar in the state of application - Outstanding academic credentials required - Salary range for position is $260,000 - $420,000 - For questions, contact Christine Rosario at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***
