**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a Corporate/Senior Corporate Counsel to join our Legal team in Chicago, IL. This is a full-time, hybrid position with a salary range of $155,000 to $185,000 per year, plus bonuses and benefits. Job Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., vendor, supplier, marketing/advertising, licensing, IT, etc.) and real estate agreements Support M&A transactions and joint ventures Assist with litigation support, including eDiscovery assistance and reviewing filings and motions Advise on business operations and initiatives and assist with contract management Work cross-functionally across the legal department and multiple business units
Qualifications:
3 years of relevant experience, including commercial contracting and real estate experience Experience in any or all of the following areas: M&A, intellectual property, data privacy, marketing/advertising, and/or litigation Prior in-house experience, particularly at a public company, and/or prior law firm experience Proven track record of accountability, attention to detail, and organization in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure Ability to work independently and collaboratively at all levels of the company; willingness to support colleagues on whatever is needed Experience with litigation or management of outside litigation counsel JD degree and license to practice law
