Responsibilities:
- Draft a variety of general corporate agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, services agreements, and license agreements - Act as a key legal resource for the business in contract negotiations and strategy - Manage contract execution and management, including drafting and reviewing agreements with customers and suppliers - Work closely with the vendor management team to prioritize and track contract status - Analyze legal issues related to information and data security, consumer protection, and liability limitations - Assist with the company's mortgage servicing program, including drafting and negotiating various related documents - Provide legal support for other corporate and business initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school with excellent academic credentials - State Bar membership in one or more states - 3-5 years of corporate and/or transactional law experience - Strong skills in drafting and negotiating contracts - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Attention to detail and ability to manage a high volume of contractual matters - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and complex environment - Versatility, maturity, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
