Law Firm Seeking Corporate Counsel Attorney in California
Are you a highly skilled and experienced attorney looking for a new opportunity? Look no further! Our law firm, Berding & Weil, is currently seeking a Corporate Counsel Attorney to join our team in Walnut Creek, CA. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients, have a Partner who will mentor and develop you, and build your own book of business within our growing firm.
Responsibilities: • Provide legal counsel and advice to clients in corporate real estate matters • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their goals • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents • Attend meetings and negotiations with clients and other parties • Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities
Requirements: • 5-10 years of experience as an attorney in corporate real estate law • California Bar License required • Exceptional writing and analytic skills • Organized, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and remain calm under pressure • Prior experience representing common interest developments is a plus
