Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate and business matters to clients - Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents - Conduct due diligence and research on legal issues related to corporate transactions - Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters - Represent clients in negotiations and other business dealings - Handle mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and corporate reorganizations - Assist with complex entity structures and transactions - Stay updated on changes in corporate and business laws and regulations
Required Experience and Qualifications
- 2 years of legal experience in corporate and business law - Licensed to practice in the State of Texas - Expertise in commercial law - Comprehensive understanding of corporate and business law - Experience in mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, capital raises, corporate reorganizations, and complex entity structures - Strong analytical and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and client-service abilities
