Summary:
- Corporate Counsel position available in Myrtle Beach, SC at corporate headquarters - Will provide legal advice on issues related to the timeshare industry, risk management, and contracts - Reports to General Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel - Responsibilities include reviewing consumer complaints, conducting legal research, ensuring compliance with state and local statutes, and providing legal advice on various issues - Ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in real estate or as in-house counsel, be admitted to a state bar, and possess a law degree - Strong legal research and writing skills, ability to work independently and problem-solve, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are required - Familiarity with HOA, real estate, or timeshare-related state law is a plus - Interested candidates should submit a resume, references, and writing sample - Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
