The **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW*** is seeking a Corporate Attorney to join their Legal department. This is a full-time position located in Idaho Falls, with a 9x80 schedule and every other Friday off. The selected candidate will provide legal advice and service on issues concerning the rights, obligations, and privileges of the corporation, as well as handle all corporate legal processes and develop company policy. They will also ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory guidelines, and maintain proficiency in all areas of law.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and service on issues concerning the rights, obligations, and privileges of the corporation - Handle all corporate legal processes and develop company policy - Ensure legal documents are in good order - Provide legal guidance relevant to corporate governance and compliance - Research and anticipate legal risks for the company - Maintain proficiency in all areas of law
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor from an ABA accredited law school and at least six (6) years of experience - Legal experience in relevant areas such as labor and employment law, environmental law, government contracting law, and corporate law - Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy "Q" clearance
Salary Information:
- Pay range of $157,260 - $322,416 - Compensation decisions based on education, experience, and credentials
