We are seeking a Corporate Attorney to join the GBG Legal Department to work in-house at GBG’s corporate headquarters in Hamilton, NJ on a variety of matters includingmergers and acquisitions and similar transactionsas well as other in-house corporate and legal functions.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and applicable regulatory issues is helpful by not mandatory. Must have excellent written and verbal skills, be well organized and be prepared to work in a fast-paced, expanding dynamic corporate environment.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in at least one state; preferably New Jersey. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of corporate and commercial transactional experience with a law firm or in-house legal department necessary.
