Johnston Allison Hord, a reputable law firm, is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with 4-10 years of experience to join our Corporate Practice Group. Responsibilities: - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients in various corporate matters - Review and analyze contracts and other legal documents - Conduct due diligence in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions - Assist with capital raising and loan document review - Advise on corporate governance matters - Represent clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings
Qualifications: - 4-10 years of experience in a law firm setting - Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, privately-held businesses, contract review and analysis, capital raising, loan document review, and corporate governance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
