Job Title: Corporate Attorney Experience: 4-6 years
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of corporate law matters, including M&A, corporate governance, and transactional work - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective legal solutions - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Represent clients in negotiations and court proceedings
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school - Admitted to practice law in Vermont or eligible for admission - 4-6 years of experience in corporate law, preferably with M&A, corporate governance, and transactional work - Outstanding academic credentials - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Client-facing experience is a plus - Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to excellent client service - Self-starting work ethic and ability to work independently
