We are seeking a mid-level corporate associate with at least three years of experience advising public companies or investment banks. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEC compliance, disclosure, governance, and exchange matters, as well as representing issuers or investment banks in capital market transactions. Experience with technology and life sciences companies is preferred.

Competitive Salary and Benefits Package
