- Exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the Oxford Corporate team - Involved in a diverse range of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, and private equity - Opportunity to work with a highly rated and supportive team, led by National Head Leon Arnold - Encouraged to network and develop own client relationships - Flexible working options and convenient location in fantastic offices with good transport links and parking
H2: Key Responsibilities
- Provide exemplary level of client service and care - Competent financial management and commercial awareness - Drive business development opportunities to retain existing clients and develop new relationships - Maintain up-to-date technical expertise - Continuous personal development and improvement of interpersonal and soft skills - Adhere to SRA competence standards - Perform any other reasonable tasks as required
H2: Your Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience and correct level of post-qualified experience (PQE) - Strong commercial acumen and understanding of industry and business - Ability to manage own case load with minimal supervision - Proven track record of competent financial management and sound case management skills - Good IT skills, including experience with case management systems and Microsoft packages - Self-starting and friendly with excellent interpersonal skills - Able to consistently demonstrate and embody the firm's values
