The Contract department intern will develop skills related to contract analysis, contract formation and transaction negotiation and assist the Sagem Avionics, LLC Contracts department with a wide range of projects related to: (1) review and drafting of Procurement contracts, NDAs and vendor agreements; (2) abstraction and analysis of terms on existing contracts; and (3) project management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Review contract drafts for redline revisions Assist in drafting new language that will assist in protecting the company from future liabilities Assist in interpreting contracts to determine the company’s exposure and liability on a number of fronts from HR, IT and Supply Chain to Aerospace Customer specific issues. Assist in reviewing existing contracts and disseminating the information in to a new portal to facilitate review and reporting needs. Manage NDA and Proprietary Information Agreement review of new or unique requirements Interface on key accounts with sales team.

Education / Experience:
Student currently enrolled in a juris doctorate program; 1L, 2L or 3L may apply An undergraduate degree in business, engineering or english Minimum 2.8 GPA required This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
