We are seeking a Partner or Senior Associate to join our growing Construction & Engineering team and support our ambitious growth strategy.

The Role
As a Contentious Construction & Engineering Partner / Senior Associate, you will be responsible for handling a variety of disputes in the construction and engineering sector, including adjudication, arbitration, and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court (TCC). You will also have experience and knowledge of major forms of contract. In addition to managing your own caseload, you will supervise junior lawyers and contribute to the growth of our Construction & Engineering team's contentious offerings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have a proven track record of supervising junior lawyers. You should also have experience in handling Construction & Engineering disputes and knowledge of major forms of contract. As this role involves working closely with clients, excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
