WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
*Provide the structure and air traffic control for planning, tracking, monitoring and reporting for all major strategic initiatives and performance indicators that drive value for the Consumer organisation. *Consumer Proposition Enablement
*Development and embedding of Proposition Framework and appropriate governance across the Consumer Strategy, Proposition & Enablement Team *Ensures appropriate risk culture, Consumer and Industry conduct principles are embedded across the Consumer Proposition team *Ensure that risks, (including conduct) are considered, identified, controlled and/or mitigated against for all propositions designed and/or delivered *Ensure controls and events are recorded in a timely manner for team *Oversight of the Consumer Propositions governance lifecycle to include Review & Evaluations and Post Implementation Reviews. *Engages with Consumer Governance and Assurance team and other governance stakeholders across the bank *Manages the Operational Excellence (Opex) and Risk agenda for the Consumer Strategy, Propositions & Enablement Team with oversight of all governance and control responsibilities, ensuring all issues and actions are managed and escalated in a timely manner. *Manages the administration of the Consumer Strategy, Propositions & Enablement Team Operational & Investment budgets *Manages the introduction and removal of Consumer Propositions in the market, including ensuring effective internal communication and training are in place as well as excellent customer communications *Represents the Consumer Strategy, Proposition & Enablement Team at Governance & Risk Forums

YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU CAN/HAVE:
*Experience in the financial services sector (5 years) with a working knowledge of the key risks impacting the sector and specifically the Consumer environment *Proven ability in supporting teams to deliver on their Strategic Vision within a defined Risk Appetite providing robust governance and oversight support *A track record of collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver excellence for both the Customer and the Bank *Strong verbal and written communication with good attention to detail and organisational skills
