Consulting Director, Claims Strategy and Execution, Healthcare and Professional Services The candidate will develop and execute strategic processes and improvements for Claims lines of business. Consult with Claims leadership to support claims initiatives and partner to create business-driven strategic roadmaps. Drive strategic activities of the line of business to drive continuous process improvements within the lines of business. Act as subject matter expert in support of the execution and implementation of operational changes with business partners. Work across professional services and healthcare segments: architects & engineers, accounting, program & large law, not-for-profit community association D&O, and real estate professionals, as well as allied healthcare facilities, physicians, hospitals, aging services, and allied health providers. Collaborate with and influence senior leadership in the development and implementation of Claims strategies and processes. Act as claims technical expert on behalf of their organization/lines of business to key business partners in order to diagnose and take action on improvement opportunities within LOB. Provide technical claims support to business partners to mobilize on 'quick wins and key strategic initiatives'. Drive improvement of Claims policies, business strategies and goals, regularly evaluating performance against goals and holding the team accountable for achieving desired results. Manage outcomes through the implementation of cross-functional strategy execution progress reviews. Act as point person to identify, scale, and implement development materials for staff and impact talent management. Drive communication and plans within the organization from functional claims areas and key business partners, including finance, actuary, and underwriting. Work within LOB to establish consistency in core processes and tools to drive claims outcomes.
