Construction Litigation Associate at Tampa Law Firm - Bush Ross
Bush Ross, a highly regarded law firm located on Tampa’s Riverwalk, is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join our busy Construction Litigation practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with 2 years of experience in complex civil litigation.
Key Responsibilities: • Handle all phases of litigation, including fact investigation, legal research, drafting discovery, preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations, communicating with opposing counsel and clients, appearing in court for motions and pre-hearing proceedings, and all other substantive work associated with achieving excellent results for clients. • Represent design professionals, contractors, and owners in complex, multi-party litigation within the construction industry. • Maintain active license to practice law in the State of Florida and remain in good standing with The Florida Bar. • Possess excellent academic credentials and a strong work ethic.
Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in complex civil litigation. • Active license to practice law in the State of Florida. • Excellent academic credentials. • Strong work ethic and attention to detail. • Experience in construction law preferred, but not required.
