Are you an experienced litigator with a strong background in construction and/or commercial law? Kelly Santini LLP is seeking an associate with a minimum of three years experience to join our expanding construction litigation group. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years post call experience with a focus on construction and/or commercial disputes - Law degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario - Proven ability to handle contract disputes, negligence claims, and other construction-related legal issues - Knowledge of construction lien matters is an asset - Strong client and practice management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Solid analytical, legal research, and drafting skills with strong attention to detail - Business development skills and a proactive approach to networking and client acquisition - Contributes positively to workplace culture, building positive working relationships across the firm - Upholds firm values, including exceptional client service, community engagement, and the advancement of diversity and inclusion
