Overview: - Seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join the Adams Leclair team - Dedicated to delivering the highest quality legal work to clients - Collaborative and high-performing work environment - Opportunity to work on complex litigation matters and contribute to a dynamic team
Key Responsibilities: - Handle all aspects of civil and commercial litigation - Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents - Develop and execute case strategies aligned with client objectives - Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations - Work closely with partners and colleagues for a strategic and collaborative approach - Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and courts - Stay informed on relevant legal developments - Contribute to firm growth by fostering client relationships - Mentor junior attorneys and meet annual billable hour requirement
Qualifications: - Current NY Bar admission in good standing - J.D. degree from an accredited law school - At least 3 years of experience as a litigator in Federal Court, State Court, administrative hearings, and/or arbitration hearings - Construction litigation experience preferred - Excellent legal research and writing skills - Commitment to a career as an attorney - Ability to collaborate with others in a team environment - Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities
Compensation: - Associate level salary range of $110,000 - $146,000, based on experience and qualifications - In-person role with benefits including attorney bonus program, health insurance stipend, paid time off, 401K, and paid parking

Qualifications: - Current NY Bar admission in good standing. - J.D. degree from an accredited law school. - 3 years of experience practicing as a litigator in Federal Court, State Court, administrative hearings, and/or arbitration hearings. - Construction litigation experience preferred. - Excellent legal research and writing skills. - Demonstrates commitment to a career as an attorney. - Effectively collaborates with other attorneys and staff members in team environments. - Possesses strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities.
