Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and memoranda of law. - Attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. - Maintain client relations and communication. - Review legal issues and prepare memoranda analyzing legal and factual issues. - Conduct document review.
Qualifications:
- JD from a top 25 law school. - Membership in the Florida Bar. - 3-5 years of experience in construction litigation preferred. - Excellent academic credentials and superior research and writing skills. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
