Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction/General Liability Associate Attorney to join our team in White Plains, NY. This is a full-time position offering a flexible, hybrid working arrangement.

Job Description
As a Construction/General Liability Associate Attorney, you will independently manage a caseload involving insurance defense, general liability, auto/transportation liability, or construction (NYS Labor Law) matters. You will also work closely with other attorneys, team members, and Partners on legal projects and regularly handle court appearances and depositions. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of defense litigation experience and experience with construction (NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241) matters, insurance defense, premises liability, and/or general liability. Experience appearing in court for OSHA hearings is a plus.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must have a JD from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in the State of New York. Superior analytical skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to manage a caseload independently and responsibly are also required. Legal project management experience is helpful.
Responsibilities

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $155,000 USD, based on experience, education, and other factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses. Additionally, this position is considered full-time and qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
