Job Responsibilities
The paralegal position will require experience and knowledge of the following:
- Preparation of discovery responses and objections - Summarization of medical and other types of records - Preparation of medical chronologies - Ability to assist with large document production - Utilization of Adobe/Abbyy for electronic production issues - Properly capturing time and billing according to client guidelines
Qualifications
- Certified through a paralegal program, NALA or Florida Registered paralegal - Intermediate Outlook skills - Detail oriented - Self-starter - 2-5 years knowledge of defense litigation tasks
