JD and active member of the Bar, in good standing, in the State of Missouri
Minimum of 3-10 years of experience as a Lateral Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm setting or 3 years of experience as a general Conflicts Attorney with 1 year related to clearance of lateral hires
Familiarity with Rules of Professional Conduct

The St. Louis office of Lewis Brisbois is currently seeking a Conflicts Attorney to join our team. This position will be responsible for reviewing conflict check reports and identifying and resolving potential conflicts of interest related to new hires. As a Conflicts Attorney, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Reviewing conflict check reports and identifying potential conflicts of interest • Advising and analyzing potential conflicts of interest • Resolving conflicts related to the hiring of new partners, associates, paralegals, and other firm hires • Ensuring new hires are compliant with the Firm's conflicts and risk management policies and procedures • Maintaining confidential and sensitive data • Communicating effectively with attorneys and other team members • Demonstrating strong organizational and analytical skills • Working collaboratively as part of a team • Being self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines • Utilizing experience with LawTime and/or Aderant (preferred, but not required)
Requirements for this position include a Juris Doctorate degree (JD) and active membership in the Bar, in good standing, in the State of Missouri. Candidates should have at least three to ten years of experience as a Lateral Conflicts Attorney in a large law firm setting, or at least three years of experience as a general Conflicts Attorney with one year related to clearance of lateral hires. Familiarity with the Rules of Professional Conduct is also required.
