The Conflicts Analyst at Greenberg Traurig is responsible for working closely with attorneys and other team members in the Conflict & Intake department to identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest in new business. This position reports to the Conflicts Manager and offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Review new business and identify potential conflicts, business policy issues, and ethical conflicts • Communicate with lateral attorney candidates to obtain accurate client information • Administer the conflicts review process and resolve conflicts according to GT policies • Conduct data analysis and research using electronic databases • Document processes and maintain records of conflicts information • Communicate potential conflicts to attorneys and escalate issues as needed • Assist with other department activities and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Prior Experience:
• Advanced graduate degree or JD preferred • Advanced degree in competitive intelligence, research studies, or similar field preferred • Minimum 4 years' experience in a legal or analytical role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly
