Job Description
The Compliance Training Analyst, as part of the Compliance Training team, supports all aspects of Compliance Training Program including computer-based trainings (CBTs), the Corporate Compliance website, quarterly compliance conference calls and Sharing Forums and global face-to-face compliance training. The analyst works with key stakeholders to develop and deploy compliance training to employee and contractor population of approximately 100,000 individuals.
Responsibilities:
• Manages and analyzes the effectiveness of the portfolio of Case Based Training and incorporates feedback to ensure relevance with improve functionality • The training analyst also functions as Compliance Coordinator for Corporate Compliance and Office of Chairman groups. • Coordination and facilitation of o The monthly internal all team conference calls o Quarterly conference calls and global Sharing Forums o Face to face compliance training • Maintenance of the Corporate Compliance Website • Documentation, tracking and reporting of all compliance activities and meetings • Communication of overall Compliance Training Program and associated requirements • Coordination of CBT development and timely completion of new courses • Coordination of training assignments • Tracking completion status • Analyze training effectiveness through data and learner feedback • Reviewing training exemption requests • Continually improve training to ensure a world class Compliance training program Qualifications Required • 5 years of relevant experience required in data analytics and compliance subject facilitation • 5 years of experience with managing SharePoint Sites, Power BI, and Microsoft Flow • Ability and experience interfacing with Executive Leadership personnel (i.e., Chief Compliance Officer and the office of the Chairman) • Background in training, learning, and development preferred, but not required
