Job Description
A full time, non-exempt status position that assists in the management and monitoring of the Agency’s corporate compliance and quality assurance operations. Assists in monitoring the quality and regulatory standards in the delivery of support services to the organization’s veterans and veteran families. Assists in the administrative management and compliance oversight of a portfolio of contract and associated sub-awards. Work assignments are complex and require a detail oriented eye with a regulatory background. Strong administrative support experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in non-profit administration/management, business administration, or public health administration or a in related field with compliance or regulatory experience; experience in non-profit grants or program compliance preferred; Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills; Familiarity with NJ State and Federal funding agencies and regulations preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word); database and electronic healthcare record experience a plus.
