ROLE: COMMUNITY & PARTNERSHIPS COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
LOCATION: AIB, 10 Molesworth Street, Dublin 2 with Hybrid Working
This role is being offered on a Permanent basis.
The Community & Partnerships Communications Manager role supports the Community & Partnerships team to deliver the AIB Community Programmes aligned to our Community Strategy. Working alongside the Head of Community and Partnerships, the role holder will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of an engaging customer and employee community communications strategy for AIB, aligned to the Group's strategic objectives and company purpose. Sustainable Communities is a key pillar for AIB and the role holder will have experience in devising best in class CSR programmes.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WILL:
*Take on responsibility for supporting & implementing communications programmes for a number of community projects. They will be passionate about communications, and its impact, and able to demonstrate where it has been leveraged to bring about change and influence hearts and minds. *Support and develop plans delivering key messages, to ensure consistency and they will be a talented communicator with a demonstrable track record of transformational communications, in complex, changing environments utilising best in class communication development and execution. *They will be highly capable in the area of digital communications, content & campaigns, and will be responsible for effectively using a range of these channels to communicate and engage with employees, including those working remotely across the Group. *Develop and support activation plans for AIB Group Community programmes that create social impact and aligns to Economic and Social Inclusion metrics *Collate an effective reporting system to ensure an aggregated view of Community strategy and all Community Programmes both internally and externally. *Devise, implement and manage a national and local volunteering programme to support employee engagement and demonstrates AIB Commitment to our local communities *Create communication materials to deliver tailored messages to a variety of audiences and platforms (e.g. external award submissions, internal updates, website, articles, materials to support media outreach, briefing notes, presentations).

YOU WILL NEED TO SHOW US THAT YOU CAN/HAVE:
*Primary degree and/or Post Grad in Communications or related discipline, or relevant experience in employee communications with experience developing, leading and implementing innovative and effective communications strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. *Proven ability in developing and delivering strategic end-to-end communications plans, working in partnership with a diverse range of stakeholders, with a proven ability to act with autonomy if required, while collaborating widely where necessary. *Strong communications skills, content development and digital experience *Excellent project management skills - Organised and confident applying a variety of project management tools and methods coupled with proven experience in dealing with a complex internal and external stakeholder environment and a strong track record in advising, influencing & presenting to stakeholders. *Comfortable to operating at pace and with changing agendas and demonstrated flexibility to adapt and respond to rapidly changing needs.
