Experience: Recent graduate or current student pursuing a degree in law, business, real estate, or finance, with preference given to those with prior internship or work experience in a legal or related setting.

Job Duties:

- Assist with transaction management, including maintaining and updating closing checklists.
- Prepare transaction documents such as purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and contracts.
- Conduct due diligence in commercial transactions, including title and survey review.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Assist with closing process, including document compilation and funding coordination.
- Handle post-closing matters, such as preparing closing binders and reviewing final title policies.
- Prepare corporate documents and assist with ongoing maintenance of client records.
- Manage and organize client files in electronic and paper systems.
- Other paralegal duties and special projects as assigned.
