Position Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced attorney with a minimum of three years of commercial real estate and corporate transactional experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience representing and advising clients in various real estate-based transactions, including acquisitions, leasing, development, and financing. Strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Responsibilities: • Represent and advise clients in real estate-based transactions • Develop and maintain client relationships • Work collaboratively with the Kean Miller team to provide creative solutions and strategies for our clients
Requirements: • Minimum of three years of commercial real estate and corporate transactional experience • Excellent academic credentials • Strong writing skills • Current state bar license
