Experience Required: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial real estate practice.
Salary Information: Compensation is commensurate with experience. An expedited equity partner position may be considered based on experience and book of business.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. • Negotiate, draft, and review, contracts, leases, and other real estate documents. • Advise clients on legal and regulatory compliance, zoning, and land use issues. • Represent clients in negotiations and provide strategic counsel to achieve their objectives. • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff across practice areas as needed.

Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in North Carolina. - Strong understanding of commercial real estate law. - Knowledge of real estate title law and title examinations preferred. - Commitment to client service. - Excellent negotiation, drafting, and review skills. - Ability to advise clients on legal and regulatory compliance, zoning, and land use issues. - Proven track record of representing clients in negotiations and achieving their objectives. - Collaboration skills to work with other attorneys and staff across practice areas.
