Bressler, Amery & Ross, a national law firm with over 100 lawyers, is looking for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a full-time position with a 35-hour work week, Monday through Friday. We offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze documents for securities-related arbitration and business litigation cases - Utilize litigation support software and e-discovery platforms, such as Relativity - Communicate with firm personnel, outside counsel, and clients - Organize case files and documents - Prepare standard form responses and assist with trial preparation - Conduct legal research and maintain spreadsheets and databases - Support other projects as needed
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Paralegal in Commercial or Business Litigation at a law firm - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks - Self-motivated and able to work independently
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred
